I've taught freshman through senior level production courses and am proud of my student's work. On the follopwing pages are samples of some favorite projects. 

 

Introductory courses focus on the basics including: camera movement, audio, framing, lighting and blocking. In more advanced courses, a student's personal aesthetic emerges and an artistic style is developed that makes work unique.  The overriding element: good storytelling tehcniques and it starts with emphasis on scriptwriting. Whether it is narrative, documentary, animation, sports, or a "digital pitch,"  a good script is essential for a suceesful project.
